I am the inventor of the product. I had a 2 year old who could not only get her arms out of her carseat, but she could get completly out and be standing on the backseat within 5 mins of me restraining her.There was nothing available on the market in New Zealand that actually stopped her so I was forced to come up with the solution

The Houdini Stop works brilliantly and is very simple to use. You can put it on and off with one hand and it just clips on over the top of the straps. No fiddling around to install it.

This is clip is far superior than other clips that are available in the market because IT ACTUALLY WORKS!!!!
The Houdini stop has also just been offically crash tested to the AS/NZS 1754 Standard. It passed with flying colours.
It is universal so it can be used on many types of car seats. It will fit over webbing that is upto 38mm wide.  It grips down slightly on the strapping making it very hard for it to be pushed up or down by your child. It is softer, less bulky than other available clips and can be used for several different applications. Eg: Highchair or stroller harnesses, to stop them from also climbing out.
