A: No it does not. It is actually used as a step. It is weighted pretty good so if you step on it, it will not tip forwards. Thanks for asking.

 Q: How much to ship to 60051? Is there anything wrong with it?
A: There is nothing wrong with it. Shipping to NC was 190.00 and california was 450.00 so I am guessing somewhere in the 250 to 300 range. I will get you an exact price tomorrow.
