If Item is damaged when it arrives it will be replaced free of charge, buyer must contact me to get a RMA return authorization number. It takes time to process for return, item can not be shipped back or rejected before getting the return authorization number or there will be no refund or replacement because UPS has a process that must be followed. If the buyer just decides they do not want it, they are responsible for return shipping, and only the price of the guitar will be refunded, because even in listings where the shipping is free to customer it still costs me, so I will refund the price of the guitar minus the cost of shipping it cost me to ship it. If you just decide you dont want it, the guitar must be in original condition, with all the extras that it came with and in original packaging, and it must be shipped with a tracking number and insurance. The refund will be issued after it arrives back to me and I inspect it.
