Hubbell Lighting VX-152 Vaportite Light Fixture

The Vaportite Series is designed for long, dependable service in harsh/hazardous applications. Castings are copper-free aluminum, corrosion resistant with a baked epoxy finish. It comes in two sizes, a wide range of mounting adapters, clear and colored globes, and thread-on guard and reflectors. The Vaportite is available as a complete unit, or components.

Fixture Body

Copper-free cast aluminum for rugged durability, available in 150 and 300 watt sizes. Threaded construction allows secure attachment of globe, reflector and guard. Heavy duty porcelain medium base socket. Designed to attach to various mounting adapters or to standard 3-0 or 4-0 box.

Mounting Adapter

Cast aluminum adapters for ceiling, ceiling box, pendant, wall or wall box are available. All are gasketed to seal out moisture and dirt.

Globe

For either unit, a clear globe is available in standard or tempered glass, along with amber, blue green, blue or ruby in tempered glass. A clear polycarbonate globe is available for the 150 watt unit for use with a 75 watt lamp, maximum.

Guard

Rugged, copper-free cast aluminum provides protection to globe and lamp. A guard is not available for use with the polycarbonate globe.

Reflector

A standard dome reflector is available for both units. The dome is molded of white Poly-Pro® to withstand corrosive atmospheres.
