How to Handle Shipping Issues:

If an item is damaged: We must be notified via e-mail within 5 days of receipt of item. Please reference auction number and a brief explanation of damage. 

A lost claim cannot be processed until 30 days for domestic USPS, 45 days for USPS international, and 5 days for all other shippers (for shippers to start search.

This is a trading assistant auction. All sales are final. Returns accepted only if wrong item shipped or item is not in the working condition when a guarantee is listed in the auction. If there is a problem with your purchase, we must be notified via e-mail within 5 days of receipt of item.

  • Return must be received within 10 days of receipt of return authorization.
  • Once return is received and refund issued, an eBay Cancel Transaction will be created with the reason that 'Both buyer and seller agree not to complete' this transaction with the reason that the 'item was returned for a refund'. Once Buyer has verified that refund has been issued, they are responsible for responding to eBay notice with an 'I agree' to this UPI and closing the dispute which ensures no unpaid item strikes are issued.
