Huge 18 size Waltham 14k multi color gold hunter watch

On the block today we have an exceptional 100% original American Waltham jumbo 18 size solid 14k multi color gold mens hunter cased watch. This watch is in very nice 100% original condition and keeps good time . This watch is in a fantastic solid 14k yellow gold case that is decorated with multi colored decorations and a really nice approximately 1/4 carat cushion cut diamond. The case is yellow and has pink , green and white flowers and a front shield that has not been engraved. The case is fully engraved with swirls even the sides are done. This case is extremely heavy it weighs over 130 grams with the movement and I would estimate the case alone is 32-35 dwt (over 1 1/2 ounces.) At todays gold prices this watch has well over $1000 in gold alone. The watch has a really great multi colored dial as well, the dial is white enamel with ruby red markers hand painted gold decorations and stark black numbers. The dial is signed AWW Co. Waltham and is in good shape with 1 hairline going from between the 2 and 3 and 4 and 5. This is hard to see in the pictures you need some magnification. The case is marked warranted 14k US assay and has the # 57291, the case is in very nice shape it has normal wear found on a watch that is 120 years old. The case is very large it measures 53mm without the bow which I should mention is also solid gold. The movement is a nice quality Waltham model 1883 hunter , it has 15 jewels and is adjusted it is # 4380733 ( dates it to 1889-90) The watch case has good hinges and opens perfectly to 90 degrees, it also closes tightly.
