Huge Black Peony Rare Papaver Poppy Seeds - 1000+

My seeds are home grown. Don't be fooled by sellers that are buying them at the grocery store (or other seed growers) and labeling them as home grown poppies just to make a sale. There are only a handful sellers on ebay who grow their own seeds, and I am one of them. I have been selling on ebay for about 11 years now.

This auction is for Black only. I also have many other colors. . The seeds germinate freely once they are sown or released from their pod.  Unlike other poppies in this group, the black ones just don't produce very many seeds. The vents do not open so you must break them apart to get to the seeds, or just cut off the seed head and let it compost on the ground.

Naturally resistant to Predators. Deer proof.

Germination testing on this years seeds were a complete sucess. I have about 98% germination

I will send 1/4 teaspoon which is about 1000 seeds. This is twice the number I had last year! No, I'm not counting them, but you can. The listing is for a measurement only and not an actual seed count, although if you DO want to count them, I would appreciate knowing how many are in a 1/4 teaspoon! I will include planting instructions with every order.

Shipping: Buyer pays shipping. I will gladly combine shipping on 2 or more items. I charge $2.00 for the first bag of seeds and then .50 for each bag of seeds thereafter up to a maximum shipping amount of $7.50 for anything under 50 bags of seeds.

I use only padded bubble mailers and send them as a parcel. This means in addition to the cost of the padded mailer (.49 each) and small baggies (.10 each), labels, ink etc, I also pay the surcharge for non-machinable parcel ($1.31 for a 1 ounce parcel, plus .48 cents for each additional ounce) and delivery confirmation fee(.18cents to 80cents).  There have been at least 2 postal increases since I first posted the above info.
