Mail in payments accepted: Only Postal Money orders.
Payment due with-in seven days, if not received then I send a payment reminder, if not paid on the 8th day then I open a dispute. to recoup my fees, please just contact me, and let me know if you are having troubles, we are all human.
Refunds Or Returns: I will give you Personal attention if you should ever have a problem, all you need to do is communicate with me and let me know, if a problem arises, use my contact information, as its always available to you, as I am human and make errors from time to time, but always quick to acknowledge, and try to correct. I deal with issues as they arise, so there is no Fixed Policy, my feedback shows' of fairness. So you can bid in confidence.

As from time to time, issues have arised after purchase, but TOGETHER it was all great in the end! And I get wonderful feedback, (if there were any issues DURING the process that was resolved to your satisfaction. as that is my number 1 mission! ) As a seller for over 3.5 years, I know that other factors come to play, like a new buyer who doesn't follows eBay's guidelines about contact your seller first if there is a problem, who will leave a neg without even letting you know there was a problem! And that is against ebays policies, as problems do arise from time to time, payment is not only the responsibility of the buyer, but reading the description in totality, agreeing to the shipping charges if stated, and reaching out the the seller if there is an issue, before leaving feedback for your seller. As all my customers know they can call me, they can come to me if unsatisfied, and there is no need to leave a negative feedback.

Shipping: PLEASE NOTE: USPS shipping prices are going up MAY 12TH, We as sellers have to learn the NEW pricing so please be patient with us as this time the USPS has come out with a HUGE PDF files which I find terribly confusing, so the shipping calculator is for a QUOTE ONLY..not actual shipping charges, unless i hit it on the head the first time, Please do note as to NOT worry you, should you feel the shipping is too high after I find ACTUAL cost, you can gladly not choose to complete the transaction. I am not out to rip you off, or inflate shipping cost..but I am also in no means ready to accept ebays fee hike of 3.75%, paypals fees, and listing fees. and EAT shipping fees. and KNOW that I ship normally with-in 72 hours, via the payment method you chose, or a flat shipping rate. Your shipping price includes: the actual cost to ship that is set by the carrier you chose to ship with, and insurance that comes automatically with items under 25.00 as well as delivery confirmation, so that if you have an issue not receiving your item, it could at least be tracked that it didn't go to its destination. tracking available for you to view on the listing page under details' once the item is won and paid for, which you could check at anytime. Also note the last two things mentioned here is only for the US OF A. You will also receive an email from me when I have shipped the item, International shipping is available but normally not good with tracking and not automatically insured for 25.00 as in the U.S. so please contact me to find options for you if wish more:) If you wish a different shipping option thats not stated on the auction feel free to ask me! I combine shipping where ever possible, and go by TOTAL WEIGHT size and handling fee. which is also discounted. so say 2 ornaments would be 6.00 instead of 4.00 each! thats a DIFFERENCE!
