The lot is well used.  I believe everything is complete, but the books are certainly not collector's copies.  They have been played with extensively.  This would be great for somone that is looking for extra copies to play with or for reference, or someone who wants to try out AD&D without having to spend a ton of money.  The original retail value would be way above $300.00!!
