This is a activity beads.   Use for fuse bead projects with perler.  (Pegboards)

Ages 5-15   That's what the label said.   I think it depends on the person.

You can make so many things with this lot.

The label has on it 22,000 on it .  But I'm not going to count them all.

I open it so I can take pictures.   I said over 21,000 to be on safe side.
