there is some minor damage on the right side of the leg rest.

the remote has some scuffs and some minor damage on the top-left.

the width button on the remote does not operate except in auto program mode

This massage chair's two-pronged rollers replicate a masseur's index finger and thumb as they grasp, kneading your neck, shoulders, and back for the most faithful robotic recreation of actual human hands. The rollers automatically reposition to accommodate users of all sizes, contouring to your back to target acupressure points, ensuring the most precise and effective mechanical massage available. Recommended by the American College of Chiropractic Orthopedists, the leather chair elevates your feet above your heart--a supine seating posture identified by NASA as being the least stressful for astronauts during take-off--while relieving stress on the back and facilitating oxygen and blood flow throughout the body. The leg rest rotates to reveal a calf and foot massager with two wells that expand and contract to accommodate all leg widths. We generally ship in one business day (except holidays) after payment is received. You will receive a tracking number via email.

Many countries impose their own customs, duties, taxes, etc..  on items being shipped from a foreign country.  We are not responsible for any imposed duties or taxes on the shipment.

We offer shipping insurance in all of our listings and strongly recommend purchasing insurance with your item.  UPS automatically covers any shipment in value up to $100.00. If it is over $100.00 in value we can not cover any damages that may happen during shipping.

Auction buyers - BUY MORE & SAVE!! We offer a 20% discount on the total of shipping charges for orders with multiple items If you pay on the same invoice and within 7 days.  Please send us an email request for a combined invoice when you have finished shopping.  We will send your invoice with the shipping charge adjusted.

Local Pickup

There is a $5.00 pickup fee per item picked up at our location. The pickup fee is waived for any item won for $50.00 or over. Pickup customers pay 6.25% sales tax regardless of where you reside.

Return Policy
