This listing is for a TiVo Series 2 by Humax with a built in DVD player/burner. This is one of the few TiVos that can make a DVD of your recorded TV shows or make a DVD from any compost video source (like a VCR etc) by using the inputs on the back or front of this TiVo. This TiVo also has a component output set of jacks so you can watch a DVD in full 16x9 format on a HDTV. The output can be set at 480P or the normal 480i. SVHS input/ output jacks are also provided on this TiVo. This TiVo can record from the cable system or with a cable supplied adapter/box the unit can record digital cable. (The unit can be used for OTA recordings with a adapter for that purpose)

This TiVo has been tested with the newest V9 software and has no problems
With an optional adapter this unit can be connected to the internet VIA network cable or a wireless adapter. You can still use a phone line if needed.
