Anyone familiar with Southern California Radio from the 60's thru the 80's will recognize the name 'Humble Harv'. In the late 60's Humble Harv owned the airwaves in Los Angeles and Boss Radio KHJ! But before his year's at KHJ he was at Los Angeles' KBLA 1500 AM that no longer exists.
