About Truck Accessory Liquidators: We are a warehouse located in Coldwater, MI 49036. Our entire inventory is NOS—New Old Stock. The majority of our parts are for older vehicles. All of our parts are listed as new, and by that I mean they have never been installed. Some of the boxes are dirty and/or dusty and/or taped. All of these parts have been around awhile and have been moved around within our warehouse. However, we do our best to inspect all parts to insure that everything is intact and in good condition.

Shipping UPS The majority of our items go UPS. It is the buyer’s responsibility to insure their packages. We will be more than happy to combine shipping.
If you ask us, we will try to use the United States Postal Service.
Shipping Freight The freight carriers we use are R&L, Con-Way and Roadway. If requesting delivery to a residence please provide a daytime telephone number where you can be reached to schedule a freight delivery.
Returns We will not accept returns due to the wrong part being ordered, please carefully read the item's description. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts.
We will not accept any returns after 21 days from the date of delivery.
Shipping damages must be reported to us within 2 days from the delivery date. If an item was damaged in shipping, then we file a claim with UPS. UPS takes 3 days to review our claim and at the end of 3 days, if they accept the claim, they will pick up the item and deliver it back to us. When the package arrives back to us, we will give you a refund—may take 7-14 days.
Exchanges The parts that we have in stock are close-out items and some of the manufacturers are no longer in business. The chance of us having more than 1 of any part is very slim to none. Therefore, I apologize, we cannot do exchanges.
Refunds In the event that you receive a damaged part, a return is possible as long as you bear the return shipping costs. Refunds will only be applied after all returns are thoroughly checked and we are satisfied with the condition of the items. Mounted tires are considered used and are NOT returnable. NO RETURN ON ELECTRICAL PARTS. All returns must be in the original packaging and include (installation components, instructions, etc).
Receiving item(s) you didn’t order? If we shipped the wrong item you may return the item(s) at no charge (we’ll cover the shipping). Once the item has been received back, we will issue a refund may take 7-14 days.
Missing item(s)? Contact us and we’ll do our best to determine a resolution.
Returns Continued Before returning any parts, contact us to request an (RGA) Returned Goods Authorization number. This RGA number must be placed on the outside of the returned package along with a copy of the original invoice. Parts returned within 21 days from the date of delivery are eligible for a refund, excluding the shipping charges. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a restocking and reboxing fee. Purchases of parts designated as “Non-Returnable” on the product information page are final and cannot be returned for a refund. All parts must be returned in the original package, and not be damaged or installed. Parts must be in original condition.
