*Condition of the Item*

~ Almost all of my DVD*s have been used or previously owned (unless otherwise stated). Many of my DVD*s are from previously owned Video Stores and buyers may see markings as such.

~ I do my very best to describe the condition of the item you are bidding on thru a scaling system, which I*ve created. Please refer to the Disc A*B*C* Scaling System for any questions regarding condition of the item.

~ Box condition is not mentioned in the auction, however all boxes vary from A-C.

~ Please refer to the Insert + Scene Index below to see if these are included in your purchase.

~ I do not knowingly list items that appear to be copies, bootleg, fake, etc.

~ I sell Region 1 DVD*s only, which means they will play in all US + Canadian DVD players (unless otherwise stated).

~ All items are currently stored in a SMOKE FREE + PET FREE home.

~ Unless the item is from our family*s personal collection, it most likely has not been tested for playability. (See Return Policy for any problems you might encounter.)

~ Many of the items may contain stickers on the front or spine of the case, as well as a sticker around the center of the hole of the disc itself. This is usually from video stores.

~ Please note that the UPC code is entered into EBay's system to generate the item and picture shown. On a very rare occasion EBay is wrong ~ however, I do my absolute best to double check prior to listing the item.

~ To provide you with the lowest prices possible, many items are shipped thru USPS. Unfortunately, with this comes occasional delays and lost shipments. Although purchasing insurance on your item doesn*t guarantee against delays, I strongly encourage purchasing it for possible lost items. I do not require that you purchase insurance, however, I will not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged by the Post Office for uninsured packages. If you do not purchase insurance, and your item is lost in the mail, you will assume the risk if the item is lost, and will not get a refund.

Looking this information up + responding to everyone asking this question slows down the ACTUAL shipping process considerably! By not asking...you will actually get your item FASTER! As mentioned above, all items are shipped within 1-5 days of receiving payment (for the customer to receive within approximately 7-10 business days (USA) or up to several weeks (International) from the time of shipment). *No Hassle Return Policy*

~ If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, WHATSOEVER, I will accept returns within 7 days upon receipt of the item(s) (per delivery confirmation). Sorry, returns will not be accepted after this time.

~ Returns are not accepted on SEALED items which have been opened.

~ PayPal refunds are quicker and easier than Money Order refunds. Please allow for postage time ~ 7 days after receipt of returned item + 7-10 business days for Post Mail Money Order Return. (Hopefully the value of the dollar will not decrease while waiting for your returned Money Order!)

*Disc A*B*C* Scaling System*

This DVD = A+++ MINT!!!!

(Please note that this scaling system is subjective and can be open to interpretation. I have done my best to be accurate and scrutinize the condition of the item.)

A	Excellent/Nearly Mint Condition	Free of scratches, nicks, abrasions, blemishes, marks or fingerprints. (Your MOM would be proud!)
B	Very Good Condition	Might have one or two minor scratches or scuffs. Could have very minor smudges, dust or fingerprints. These imperfections should not have affect on playability.
C	Good	Might have minor scratches (not long or deep), minor scuffs, some fingerprints, smudges, and/or residue or marks from cleaning the DVD. These imperfections most likely will not cause a problem with playback.
D	Fair	This item will have a decent amount of scuffs or scratches, major smudges and/or fingerprints. DVD should play without problems, but may experience skips (depending on how your DVD player reacts to imperfections and how the scratch is located).
F	Poor	I would never put up an auction like this! These DVD*s will almost definitely encounter problems in playback.
