Zephyr Sports will accept returns for 30 days after purchase on new and unopened items. An RMA number is required or packages will be refused. You can recieve an RMA number by e-mailing us at sales@zephyrpaintball.com or calling us at 805-275-2040. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returns requesting a refund. This fee will be waived if store credit is chosen. Most guns cannot be returned after they have been opened. The manufacturer will handle all warranty issues, including issues directly out of the box. The manufacturer will typically be able to talk you through any issues you are having over the phone without having to send the item in for repair. In the event that you do have to send the marker in for repair, Zephyr Sports will issue store credit to cover your shipping costs to warranty an item, if the issue is out of the box. To request this, fax or e-mail a copy of your shipping receipt and include your order #. We will process a store credit to cover the shipping cost plus an additional amount for your time.

Payment must be recieved within 7 days of auction close. We accept Pay-pal, Visa/MC,Discover, AMEX, Money orders. We combine multiple orders to save on shipping. You pay the highest price shipping and then 50% on each additional item. Order must be combined and one payment made to recieve this discount.
