By bidding on this item, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Failure to inspect property shall not constitute grounds for a claim or for the
  withdrawal of a bid after the auction's close.
• All property listed in the Invitation to Bid is offered for sale "AS-IS". 
  The University of Missouri makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to
  kind, character or quality of any of the property, or its fitness for any use or
  purpose.
• All sales are subject to the General Sale Terms and Conditions.

DO NOT BID unless you have read, understood and agree to all the
Terms and Conditions of this sale.

Pickup:

Pickup:

• The only cost to the buyer is the final auction price and any cost of
  removal.
  Property must be removed within 10 calendar days from the end of
  auction unless permission has been given (in writing) by the University
  prior to the original removal deadline.

Payment:

• Full payment is due on, or before, the 10^th calendar day from the last day
  of the auction.
• Acceptable forms of payment include: Paypal, Cashiers Check,
  Certified Checks, Money Orders
• Missouri residents will be charged 7.550% sales tax on the final amount.

Payments by mail: 

• Make Payable to: The Curators of the University of Missouri
• Include the item # on your payment
• From the time received, please allow 3-5 business days for your payment
  to be processed.
