Payment	All payments must be received within seven business days from the end of the auction. Any auction not paid for within seven business days will be automatically canceled and relisted. To ensure a smooth transaction we use Papal to handle our entire checkout procedure.

After submitting the application, our underwriting department will review your account. After approval of your merchant account our tech support department will program your terminal and it will be shipped the same business day.
Shipping	The terminal will be shipped ground (unless otherwise specified) via UPS after your merchant account is approved.
Warranty	If any equipment should fail, we will replace the equipment at no charge. You will need to call our technical support department for all warranty issues. Equipment that shows signs of user abuse may be excluded from this warranty.
Returns	All equipment must be returned within fourteen business days should you decide to cancel your merchant account. You are responsible for any damage to the equipment while it is in your possession. This includes, but isn’t limited to the terminal, power pack, battery, and accessories.
