This is a very nice I Dream of Jeannie "Libby" majorette doll made in the 1960's. A doll just like it was used in the episode "My Master, the Author" and this doll can be considered a prop replica from the show.
This doll is in very good shape for her age, I do not have the box for her, but got her from an Antique Store in Pennsylvania. I haven't found any real flaws on her, there is a glue spot on the back where her outfit is glued on and a small part of the velvet looks like it is slightly worn. I noticed on the back her elbows have small smudges and these may come off. I do not want to risk damaging the doll. She has sleep eyes and the one on the doll's left sticks, but you can easily open or shut it with your fingers and at times it does not stick.
I am NOT a doll expert, I have had this doll for about 4 years now and am only selling her reluctantly because I need the money.
Please ask any and all questions before you bid. I have tried to describe her to the best of my ability but since I'm not a doll collector/expert as such, so please ask ANYTHING that would be important to you about the doll before bidding. Thanks for looking.
I have used the shipping calculator as a guide but it seems to overestimate postage I have noticed. I will get your actual shipping costs once I have packed the doll and weigh it at the post office, so I will not overcharge you on postage.
Again, email if you have any questions at all and thanks for looking.
