What a Great Find for the Lucy Fan!

We offer for you to bid on this highly collectible I Love Lucy 11” X 14” framed Photo Ensemble. The grouping includes a 8” X 10” photo, another 3 ½” X 5” photo and a 4” X 5” card with wonderful details and facts pertaining to the show and it’s cast! This beautifully matted set has the inside frame dimension of 10 ½” X 13 ½”. The inside dimensions of the 3 openings are one which measures 7” x 9" and the other two measure 3 1/4" X 4". It is mounted in a silver metal frame and the black mat is accented with a silver inset. Glass is included with the frame, but removed in the pictures to reduce glare! The ensemble is new and in mint condition!

The I Love Lucy Show debuted in 1951 and was an instant hit with the ONE AND ONLY Lucy and her Cuban band leader husband, Ricky Ricardo. They live in a Brownstone apartment building on East 68th Street in New York City with their best friends and landlords, Fred and Ethel Mertz. The show revolves around the antics of Lucy as she tries to get out of the jams, scrapes, and predicaments of all kinds that she gets herself into, usually involving her husband, Ricky. Fred & Ethel frequently find themselves in the middle of Lucy's outlandish escapades, which are many! Lucy is quite sly though and can usually use her beauty and charm to get her out of the worst of her troubles!

After some time on the air, Lucy gives birth to their only child, Little Ricky. At the same time, Ricky finally achieves great success as an entertainer. Ricky is asked to go to Hollywood to star in his first motion picture. Together, the Ricardos and the Mertzes drive to California for Ricky's big break and the shows revolve around the hysterical situations that Lucy gets into.

Shortly after the Ricardos return home to New York, the Ricky Ricardo Orchestra is booked for an extensive European tour, and Lucy, Ricky, Fred, and Ethel soon find themselves visiting England, France, Switzerland and Italy, where Lucy ends up in another round of wacky adventures!
The show continues on after they returned back to the United States and finally aired it’s final episode in 1961. The I Love Lucy Show is a true American icon and this picture is a beautiful tribute to the success of that beautiful, but daffy woman, Lucille Ball.

This set includes a beautiful picture of the cast on their way to California as they sing "California, Here We Come", a wonderful picture of Lucy concocting a scheme on the phone, and a synapses of the show in which they embark for Hollywood. This is a must have for the Lucy Collector and would make a special gift for the I Love Lucy fan!
