Shipment

We will test the device once before shipment to minimize the chance for defective goods. Item will be given online tracking number within 2-3 working days.

We ship by Fedex or ParcelForce, which takes 3-5 working days to reach destination.

All defective items (unless self broken or not buying from studiosunny) could be returned to us upon purchase within 21 days, and we could send out the new one for you. Buyers must bear the shipment fees from their local cities to China.All Buyers bear the shipment costs for returning or damaged items. And report of defects should be received within 7 days upon arrival of item.
