I)  Price Match Policy:

You will always get the lowest current price when you buy from Coupon|Co.  We will honor the price of a competitor on the eBay website, in addition to giving you a discount equal to 25% of the difference, under the following circumstances:

a)      The listing is for coupon(s) of equal value, and for the same product, and bearing the same expiration date as our advertised coupon(s).

b)      The listing is a Buy-It-Now or Store Inventory listing, or is for an Auction-Style listing that has ended no more than 24 hours ago, for which you were the winning bidder.

c)       The seller has a total feedback score greater than 100, and has been registered on the eBay website for greater than 90 days.

d)      When it is clear that the seller has a history of selling coupons on the eBay website.

e)      We can only honor a price match for multiple coupons (bulk sales) when the seller has the same or greater quantity available that you wish to purchase from us. i.e. if you wish to purchase 10 coupons, the competing seller must have 10 or more coupons available, across any number of listings, for the coupon you wish to price match.

How does the 25% of the difference discount work?

In an example, if the competing seller is selling an item for $10.00, and our price is $11.00,

the difference between their cost and ours is $1.00,

and so 25% of the difference is $0.25.

With us, you would only pay $9.75 ($11.00 -  $1.00 - $0.25) per item, using our price matching policy.

We only price match current prices.  We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice, as does every eBay seller.

II)  Resale of Coupons:

By purchasing coupons from Coupon|Co., you agree to use all coupons obtained by us for your own personal use.  Under no circumstances may you re-sell, trade, or auction coupons purchased from us. 

III)  Process for Items Not Received:

We ship hundreds of orders, with and without delivery confirmation, and well over 99% reach their destinations without issue.  Occasionally, however there is a service delay within the United States Postal Service.  We have developed the following process regarding claims for items not received because of this and other mitigating factors:

We can only authorize a duplicate shipment after 14 or more days have elapsed since the date your order was shipped.  You will always receive an email from us on the day your order is shipped. 

Simply contact us after 14 or more days have elapsed since you received the Shipment Confirmation email, and we will cheerily ship out a replacement.

IV)  Detailed Seller Ratings:

Many of the discounts we offer, such as quantity discounts and free shipping, are available because of the discount that eBay gives us for being one of their most valuable selling partners.  The discount we receive from eBay is based on our Detailed Seller Rating.  eBay requires that buyers contact us before leaving a 1 or 2 star rating for any DSR category.  We offer email support 24 hours a day, and many times reply to emails within minutes.  We also provide toll-free phone support in certain situations.  There is never a reason to leave negative feedback, including leaving 1 or 2 star ratings for any DSR category, without contacting us first. 

Item As Described:  Rarely, our coupon pickers may pick fewer coupons than were advertised for your order.  This is a simple mistake and we are always glad to assist when mistakes happen.  Do not leave a low Detailed Seller Rating if this happens.  If you feel that something else about your order is not right, do contact us before leaving a 1 or 2 star rating for this category.

Communication:  We are easy to get in touch with.  We also send emails to the email account you have registered with eBay when the following occur: a) Payment is received, b) Your order is shipped, c) After 8 days have elapsed and you have not left feedback, and for many other reasons.  If you have a problem getting in touch with us, email us within eBay to ensure your message is being properly delivered.  Please contact us before leaving 1 or 2 stars for this category.
