RETURN POLICY

You have a 72 hour approval period which begins at the time of delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know immediately. We really do want you to be happy with what you get.

If your item was listed as "Free Shipping" then our original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. You will also be responsible for properly packing & fully insuring the item, as well as providing us with a tracking number for your return.

SHIPPING POLICY

We carefully pack and fully insure your instrument before shipping it. The customer is responsible for making any damage claims that occur during shipment. Any damage should be reported to the shipping company immediately. They will require inspection of the original box and packing materials.
