• We offer 30 days warranty on parts.
  If it is offered on the sell and if for any reason there is a problem.
•  Buyer has 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us.
• No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
• We do not pay return shipping.
• We do not reimburse shipping costs

• Consider buyers inability to or lack of experience and knowledge to install and/or use the equipment purchased.
• Or inability of a hardware item to function with a specific software application.

PAYMENT:

• Your item will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is received and cleared.
• We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays.
• For PayPal payments, we will only ship to CONFIRMED PayPal address, it is your responsibility to ensure that the address is correct and updated. We will not ship to addresses other than the one specified on PayPal.
• Shipping to APO, PO Box or Mailboxes similar to APO/PO Box will be processed only thru USPS.
• If the item is undeliverable due to wrong address or APO/PO Box, you will have to pay for the re-shipment plus charges that incurred for returning the first shipment before we can re-send your item.
• Please contact us for shipping quote if your shipping address is in the Rural Area or outside the US.
• For shipping quotes for locations outside of United States and Canada, please provide us with your full address including Country Name and Postal / ZIP Code 
• International Buyer (except US & Canada):
  We will only ship to Confirmed Paypal Address, for customer with unconfirmed address, you could either confirm your address with Paypal.
• Florida customers will be charged 6.00% Sales tax.
• All payments must be received within 7 days of the auction end date or you will forfeit your winning item.
• For local pickup, there is a handling fee per item. Handling fee varies depending on the item and Pickup days are Monday thru Friday from 10:30am - 4:30pm EST.
• To minimize your waiting time, please contact us prior to picking up your item(s) so we can have your item(s) ready for pickup when you arrive.
• Shipping charges specified on the item page is for quantity one ONLY. Email us for combined shipping on multiple items.

Se espera el pago del artículo en los siguientes 7 días luego de haber terminado la subasta. El artículo se enviará tan pronto se aclare el pago; asi como también se dejará recomendación (feedback) en eBay.

En la mayoría de los artículos, el comprador tiene 30 días a partir de la compra del artículo para devolverlo, si así se ofrece en el listado. En dicho caso, lo cambiaremos por otro y si ya no tenemos el reemplazo, se le devolverá el dinero, siempre y cuando sea nuestro error. No se aceptan devoluciones sin un Número de Autorización (RMA) que le será otorgado al comprador tan pronto nos envíe la solicitud de devolución. Si se nos devuelve un artículo sin este número de autorización, no se aceptará la devolución del artículo y el comprador será responsable por los cargos del envío.
