We do our best to give an honest and fair presentation of all items that are listed. Product Condition: Most of the parts come sealed from the manufacturer; they could be new, new pulled or used.

Warranty: If it is offered on the sell and  if for any reason there is a problem, we offer 30 days warranty on parts. Buyer has 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
The following is also not included on the guarantee:
  1. We do not pay return shipping.
  2. We do not reimburse shipping costs.
  3. We do not guarantee the following:
    1. Consider buyers inability to or lack or experience and knowledge to install and/or use the equipment purchased.
    2. Inability of a hardware item to function with a specific software application.
    3. We do not warranty toner/ink.

Right to cancel the bid: We reserve the right to cancel any bidders who have unexplained, less than 10 or negative feedbacks. If you have non, or a very less amount of feedbacks, if that is the case, please contact us BEFORE placing the bid. Resellers: All resellers are welcome to bid on any of our auctions. Upon your request we can ship the product straight to your customer.
