Shipping

• Shipping rates are calculated using eBay's daily suggested prices.
  Please contact us if you need faster shipping or would like to use another service not listed.
  If you are from Alaska or Hawaii, please expect to pay a little more for freight and inquire before
  bidding if you need a quote.
• Canadian bidders- If you do not need your item in a hurry, contact us for a FedEx Ground quote.
• FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, TNT and other shipping services are all available.
• Rates are for quantity of one or one lot.  Contact us for a shipping quote on multiple items.
• We will ship Internationally through USPS INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS on any package up to 66lbs.
  We do NOT ship surface mail, USPS INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS only.
  Quotes or estimates may be given on the USPS website.  We do NOT get involved in import/export fees
  or freight quotes outside of the US.  Please do not ask us to mark the item as a "gift"
• We take pride in professionally packing and process your order.  Tracking numbers can be provided
  upon request within 24 hours of shipment.
• All products may be picked up with no additional shipping charges, but may have an additional packaging fee.
• If you have your own freight account you wish to bill (UPS/FedEx) we can bill that account for you
  for a fee of only $10.
• Overnight or 2 day shipping may also be available for an additional fee once payment is confirmed.

Terms & Conditions

• All products carry a 30 (Thirty) day warranty against defects UNLESS otherwise stated in the listing.All Laptops sold with batteries have a warranty to boot up. Batteries sold with Laptops are sold AS-IS
• All Computer / Hard Drives sold will NOT have an operating system on them unless otherwise stated
• What you see is what you get, if it's not in the photos, it's not included.  This includes power cables, A/C Adapters, Software, etc.
• Please be aware that we do not provide tech support for parts purchased.
• Any bidders with less than 5 positive feedback or feedback rating less than 90% may be asked to verify themselves or pay via credit card.
• **Attention International Buyers** If you purchase an item or multiple items totaling over $150 we will NOT ship USPS but rather FedEx which may cost a little bit more on shipping ** Please Ask before you place a Bid or Purchase!**

Delivery

• We ship all orders within 38 hours (Usually SAME DAY) once payment has cleared.
  NOTE: We are closed on weekends / holidays and occasionally during snow storms.
• We are open M-F 9:00am-6:00pm.
• All items may be picked up.  Please call for this option and see shipping terms above.
• Tracking numbers can be provided upon request within 24 hours of shipment.

Refunds & Returns

• All returns REQUIRE an RMA # or they will be refused.
• All Returns are Subject to a 20% Re-Stocking fee or $25 fee, whichever is greater, should they test good by our Technician.
• NON DEFECTIVE Returns:  you have 10 Days from the day you receive your package (s) to request an RMA #.  Please phone us at 508-429-3001 and ask for our Returns Department.  All non-Defective returns may be subject to a restock fee.
• DEFECTIVE RETURNS:  If your product (s) fails within the 30 day warranty, you have 10 working days (domestic) / 15 working day (international) from the date the RMA# is issued to return the defective part (s) to us; or the RMA # becomes invalid and shipment will be refused.
  1. If  you return a product as defective, and we test it as good; we will give you the option to buy back the part in order to avoid the restocking fee.  You have 24 hours to notify us, or the restocking fee stands
  2. Parts must be returned with freight prepaid the least expensive way, in appropriate packaging.  no authorization will be given to return on Blue Star's account.
  3. Please make sure that your RMA number is visible on your return packaging.

Payment

• All payments are due within 72 hours of auction/listing close or the item will be re-listed and the appropriate feedback left.
• We accept PayPal or credit cards directly by calling 508-429-3001 and asking for eBay billing.
• We will email or fax a credit card authorization form for your security.
• We also accept cashiers checks.  When funds clear / verified, we will ship your order.

Fees

• Massachusetts residents are subject to 5% sales tax unless we have a valid TAX ID certificate on file or faxed prior to billing.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
•  Products that require additional preparation for freight transport via trucking (pallet/strapping) or courier pickup will have an additional fee added based on size of merchandise.
