RETURNS
Returns will only be accepted if the item shipped is DOA, defective, or we have shipped you the wrong item. You must file for a return within 7 business days from the date of the receipt of the product. In order to return an item you would have to contact our RMA dept. (rma@ibmoutletusa.com) fill out an RMA form and get and RMA number. Returns without authorization will not be excepted and will be subject to 25% restocking fee, if everything shipped in the original purchase is returned to us. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. If for any reason you are being issued a refund, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
