Pack your computer and power adapter with plastic wrap. Allow at least a 2"
gap, which should be filled by packing pop-corn, bubble wrap or paper, between
the laptop and the box.
2. Put your AC Adapter on either side not
on the top or on the bottom.
3. Attach a memo of your contact info with
the computer.
4. Send your computer to our company at:

5. Right after we receive your computer,
we will call you and give you the work order number.
6. In the same day, our engineers will detect
the problem and will call you again with the cause, cost, and turn around time.
We will fix your computer, contact
you again to confirm your shipping address and ship the computer back to you.

Jack Problems: Broken power jack, loose connection, need
wiggle to connect, no power, work with battery but doesn't work with ac adapter.

Q. May I keep my hard drive?
A. Yes. We understand that data is confidential and valuable to you. We
have the standard hard drive to test your computer. We don't touch your data;
however, you have the choice not to send the hard drive with the computer.
Q. Do I need to send in my AC adapter ?
A. Yes, it is better to send the adapter with the computer so that we can
check the voltage and the current for your power adapter.
Q. How do I pay?
A. You pay when the repair is complete. We will call you to confirm shipping
address and set up a method of payment. We accept Visa, Master Card, PayPal, Checks
and Money Orders.
Q. Can I just send the motherboard only?
A.Yes, please send the fan, heat sync, CPU, memory and the power switch
(some boards have the switch built in, you don't have to send) with the board
so that we can test the board before sending it back to you.
Q. What if you can't fix my computer?
A. Some computers damage to the circuit level which is beyond the repair.
We will send the computer back to you.
Q. How long does it take? (expedite available at no extra cost)
