In the event that something is damaged in shipment, it is up to the customer to start a UPS or FedEx Ground damage claim. Damaged items should be immediately repackaged exactly like they were sent to you. If an item is damaged in shipping, you have no recourse if you discard the packing materials.

Functionally defective products will be repaired or exchanged if the defect is reported during the warranty period. Used and refurbished items are warranted to be fully functional and usable for their intended purpose. Cosmetic problems and compatibility with other hardware or software is not covered under this warranty. A defect is considered to be cosmetic when it does not impair the functionality of a product.
Retain all packing materials and your invoice for the 30 day warranty period in case a return is necessary. The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. Repaired or exchanged items will be shipped back to the customer at Amselectro's expense if a defect was found. In cases where no defect is found, the purchaser will be assessed a testing fee and return shipping cost.
