No Manuals , Operating System disks or restore CD’s are included.Warranty includes the
following : Functionality of the unit, booting, Hard Drives, Optical Drives
etc, BATTERIES ARE NOT COVERED. Batteries are tested to hold a charge, we do
not test to see how long the battery holds a charge.
If the Unit is faulty, please contact us BEFORE returning, We will try to
fix over the phone or issue an RMA. If unit is returned for RMA, We will either fix the unit or send you
another one if we cannot fix it. If unit is returned without an RMA , there will be a service lag time of
4-5 days.
NOTE: Damaged goods in shipment will be subject to Verified Systems standard shipping terms and conditions.
