All equipment is delivered to meet the manufacturer's maintenance requirements and is guaranteed to work upon installation.

Logistics:
eHardware for Less' preferred carriers are Federal Express and UPS. We do not limit ourselves to these carriers. If you have a delivery service you prefer we will get shipping estimates for you.
Warranty:
- All equipment is fully tested, packed and complete.
- All Sales Are Final.
- Items sold with 30 day warranty.
- Items sold are eligible for a Manufacturer's Maintenance Agreement unless otherwise specified.
Returns:
If a product is found to be defective, or you receive the wrong product, you must notify eHardware for Less within 2 days of delivery at (770) 738-1101, Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, EST.

In order to return a product to eHardware for Less, you need to obtain a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA#) from your sales representative. This number must be displayed on the outside of the box being returned. Items returned without an RMA# will be refused and will therefore cause a delay in processing your return and credit.
