A great looking male SPIDER (Araneae) in Baltic amber. He obviously put up a struggle as he now has just 3 legs...... Clear eyes and large pedipalps make this an excellent addition to your collection.
 
 
 
The amber measures 17mm long and allows a window into ancient times. Perfectly preserved in every minute detail is 40 million year old creatures. The amber comes from Kaliningrad and dates to the Eocene epoch.
