Shipping Policy

We ship our products via:

* Israel Air Post - Delivery time is 7-14 days.
It is regular Air Post and most orders are be sent that way.
* Registered Air Post
For each Registered Mail we are sending,we are receiving from the Postal Office authorities a sign receipt with a ref. mail number.In case of lost package we will apply the Postal Office Authorities for details and check up.
* EMS - Air Express - Delivery time is 3-4 days.
We send orders via EMS upon a customer request (for an additional fee of $25).

Please note that we ship from Israel to overseas and delays might occur - we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding

Return Policy:

- You may return an item sold within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (not including postage).
- You may exchange an item for a bigger or smaller size. In such a case the shipping cost for the returned goods will be covered by the customer.
- In case you received a damaged or defective item - you may return it for a replacement.
- In case you received a wrong item - ship it back and we will replace it for you.
- Customized T-Shirts with printed name on the back can not be returned.
- In case you want to change any detail of your order before it was shipped - let us know via e-mail or by phone.
- In case we don't have part of your order in stock - we wouldn't want you to wait and will send you your order in two parts. You will not be charged for shipping cost for the second shipment.
- In case you didn't receive your order at all - we will ask you to wait 30 days (in order to give a chance to the Mail Authorities). After 30 days let us know again.
