·     We will reply to your emails usually within 24 hours. Except for holidays or certain weekends.

·     If you are uncertain about what you are bidding on, or have a question about the item you are bidding on, do not make any assumptions - ask before you bid!

Payment Options

·     Paypal, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders and Wire Transfers are preferred. Shipments will be held for 2 weeks if Personal or Company Checks are rendered as the payment method.

·     If you plan to use Paypal we will ONLY ship to a confirmed address.

·     If you have a different mailing address than your billing address, or any special shipping instructions, please submit these with the payment.

·     Payment is due within 7 days (including holidays and weekends) from the close of the auction – NO EXCEPTIONS. If there is no communication within 7 days, eBay will be contacted concerning legal action to follow.

·     Non-Paying Bidders will receive negative feedback and a Non-Paying Bidder Alert. Remember, when you bid it’s a legal contract.

*     If mailing in your payment, please print out your eBay invoice.  Make sure it has your current address as well as your email address and be sure to include it with your payment. 

Shipping

·     Buyer will pay Shipping and Handling Fees as indicated. If they are not indicated please contact us for a quote.

·     We have a professional shipping department and adhere to shipping guidelines.

·     Please provide a physical address for shipping, as FEDEX will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

·     Packages will be shipped with FedEx.  Upon receiving your package inspect the box and merchandise for any damage. If damage is found please contact the carrier.  Please note that the person receiving the merchandise must file the damage claim not the shipper.  

·     Free local pickup.
