This is a 1/16th scale of an original
IH Farmall McCormick 400 that was made by either Ertl or Scale Models and then customized.
The toy has not been played with and there is only one scratch that I can find on it, on the hood just abover the 400. I would say the paint is over 99%. It has been customized by adding axle extensions, 2 point hitch, extra lights and few other touches. The gear stick has been repaired but you don't notice it unless you are looking for it. It is made in the USA. It a little dusty and needs a good cleaning. All of the parts still work and move just like when they were brand new! I do not have a box for this. I believe the pictures show pretty much everything. This is a great display piece! Please email me if you have any questions.
