SHIPPING TERMS

We will use the final auction selling price for value on the customs form.  NO EXCEPTIONS!  We DO NOT falsify customs documentation.  Buyer is responsible for all taxes and duties that may be incurred.

All shipments are insured for the full purchase price through the shipping carrier (USPS, FEDEX, etc).

YOU, the buyer, are responsible for guiding the shipment through your local customs and paying any necessary local duties and taxes in order to receive the shipment.  If the shipment is damaged, you will need to process the insurance claim with local offices in your country because the item is in your hands and proof of damage will need to be presented to the shipping carrier.

WE, the seller, assume no responsibility for customs processing, costs of duties and taxes, or loss due to a damaged or lost shipment.  We will assist in the event that you need documentation for customs issues or shipment insurance claims, but it is your responsibility to process any of these actions.  Again, all shipments are insured for the full purchase price.

We will to provide to you a shipping tracking number (for international) or delivery confirmation number (for USA) within 2 business days of the shipment.  That reference number will act as proof of shipment and will allow you to confirm that the item has been shipped. 

 

International Buyers – Please Note:

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

RETURNS

We will glady accept a return and issue a refund of your bid amount for any item that is misrepresented or described inaccurately.  In the event that you feel that the item was misrepresented, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item and provide details and/or photos showing the inaccuracies.  Do not return the item to us before contacting us.

Please note that this is not an option to examine the item and decide whether or not you like it, or whether or not you wish to purchase it.  Returns are strictly limited to items that were inaccurately described.   Returns/refunds will not be accepted for difference of opinion on aesthetic condition of items.  We often will use general phrases to describe the condition, such as VERY GOOD, NEAR MINT, MINT, etc.  We use our best judgment to conservatively judge the general overall condition of the item.  However, as we all know, the condition of any item is open to judgment.  For evaluation of condition, we encourage you to review our auction photos and use those photos to judge the condition of the item before you place a bid.  If the condition is unclear to you, please ask us for more photos - we will gladly provide additional photos upon request.

WE WILL NEVER AGREE TO PROVIDE A PARTIAL REFUND.  Sorry, there are too many scammers out there, so unfortunately we cannot agree to any partial refunds.  We will continue to offer a full return policy if the item is not as described.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  Return shipment must be insured by the buyer.

The item must be returned to us in the same condition in which it was shipped to you.

If the item was damaged in transit to you, you must file an insurance claim, not a return.  

If you return the item to us, and it is damaged during the return shipment to us, we will gladly file the insurance claim.   Please understand that we will require some documentation from you (insurance receipts, etc.) in order to process an insurance claim, and it is your responsibility to provide any necessary documentation to us.

Any refund will be issued within 2 business days of receipt of your return in the same condition as it was originally shipped to you.
