 Here is a working watch from the Illinois Watch Co.  It is a 19 jewel Bunn.  The screw off case reads Warranted B&B Royal 20 years 6251068.  The movement reads BUNN 19 JEWELS Springfield, Ill  Adjusted Temperature 5 Positions.  The movement has a diameter of 1 5/8 inches and the case mesures 2 inches across.  The double sunk dial reads Illinois Watch Co. and the watch is working fine.  No damage to the dial.  Minor scratches to the case.  No engraving or monogram.  Good luck
