Cooktop - Open Burner Features
■ PyroCentric™ burner heads with two rings of flame for even cooking no matter the pan size.
■ PyroCentric burners are 28,000 BTU/hr (8 KW) with a 7,000 BTU/hr. (2 KW) low simmer feature.
■ Cast iron burners are anti-clogging and removable for easy cleaning.
■ No gaskets or screws.
■ Grates are in 12" x 12" (305 x 305) sections to easily lift off for cleaning.
■ Anti-clogging shield designed in the grate protects the pilot from grease and debris.
■ Pots slide easily from section to section.
Standard Oven Features
■ Oven interior accommodates standard 18" x 26" (457 x 660) sheet pans front-to-back. Interior is 20" w x 26" d x 14" h (508 w x 660 d x 356 h).

■ Oven controls located on the side in cool zone.
■ Manual oven shut-off valve.
■ Heavy duty thermostat with temperature range from 150oF to 500oF. (65oC to 260oC).

Payment Info
Send payment within 5 calendar days. 8.35% New York State sales tax will be applied for store pickups, all payments for store pickups must be made in full prior to pickup, all pickups must be made within 7 days from the day that you made the purchase. We also accept credit cards over the phone (Master Card, Visa or American Express). All checks or money orders made out to "A. Plus Restaurant Equipment". If payment is not made within 5 calendar days and you do not notify us, we will file an unpaid item dispute which may result in suspension of your account.
Shipping Info
1-Provide your phone number for us and freight company.
2-Let us know if you are a business or residence (home). If it is a business address you must provide the name of the business. An additional charge of $60-$80 is applied to residential delivery.
3-Will you need a lift gate? If so, there will be a charge of $60-$80
4-We ship when you pay. Keep in mind weekends, holidays and transit time. We cannot release any unit until your payment has been cleared.
5-Inspect your merchandise before signing OK.
6-We are a dealer (middleman) between the customer and the manufacturer. In the event that there is a defect or any other warranty issue, it is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer to service or fix the equipment. A Plus Restaurant Equipment is not responsible for any warranty or service for any new equipment.
7-Please be advised, open your package immediately upon arrival. Our 3 day policy begins when the merchandise is delivered, not when you open it. If you wait longer than 3 days to open your package, we will not honor any discrepancies.
8-Units that contain glass will require obligated $95 of freight insurance.
9. Crating fees are as follows:
Up to 300lbs - $40.00
301lbs to 600lbs - $50.00
601lbs to 1000lbs - $75.00
1001lbs to 1300lbs - $120.00
1301lbs and up - $200.00

Warranty and Return Policy
In the event a customer wishes to dispute the description of an item may do so within 3 days of receiving the item. Returns will be accepted & within reasonable limits provide a remedy, in some cases accept the item back and return payment. Please note: Due to specific freight policies, we will not accept a return on an item resulting from damage occurring while in transit. Also note: We are not responsible for refunding the payment for shipping and handling to and from our facility (both ways).
