The dispatch date will be determined by the date present on the order Invoice. Please contact us before you return any items to us and wait for a response. We will issue you with a returns reference number and instructions. Please use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery to return your item or retain or the cheapest registered postal method in your country, as we cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive and therefore will not be able replace or refund them. Alternatively, obtain a Proof Of Posting from your Post Office in the event that you have to file a missing item claim. Your refund may be subject to a deduction if Gift Culture have incurred any postal or financial charges relating to the original shipping and subsequent return of the goods. All buyers/customers are responsible for their own return postage/shipping costs unless otherwise notified in writing by Gift Culture prior to sending the item. Your Statutory Rights are not affected under English Law.

On receipt of the returned item, we will issue you with a new one, another replacement product or a refund, dependant on what you require. In order to qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in pristine condition, undamaged and unworn.  Please allow up to 14 days from our receipt of the item for a refund to be issued. Should you contact us 14 Days after the dispatch of this item requesting a refund, your request will be refused.  

In relation to watches. If your watch requires a repair after the above 14 day return period, under the terms and conditions of your date and dealer stamped warranty card, you will need to send the item back to the manufacturers service department, whose return instructions & contact details will be listed on the warranty card supplied with the product. It is then their responsibility to repair or replace the item for you. However, they have no obligation to refund you as we are the retailer. All buyers/customers are responsible for their own return postage/shipping costs in relation to warranty claims and manufacturer returns instructions must be followed, as per the product's dealer and date stamped warranty card.
