We prepare items for shipping within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment. None of our products are drop shipped, we warehouse and ship all items from a smoke, allergen, and odor free environment. 

• Domestic deliveries are made by USPS Priority Mail and arrive two to three days after the package is handed off to the post office.
   

• Internationally deliveries are made by USPS Global Priority Mail and arrive four to six days after the package is handed off to the post office.

Most of my items carry limited warranties through the manufacture. If you are not happy with the product, you may return it and I I will provide you with a full refund.  Upon receipt of the product, you have five days to report a problem. Please note that I won't cover the cost of return shipping.

Payment in full is expected within 10 days of the closing of the auction unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
