BASIC Q & A:
*When will I get it?
We ship within 2 business days (Monday - Friday) after payment is received normally. This can very depending on season, but most of the time orders process in 1 business day. After we ship, it is up to the carrier to deliver to the customer, this will depend on how far you are in relation to our distribution center, what day the item ships, the volume of packages being sent at that particular time of year etc. You will receive an automated e mail from UPS or FedEx telling you the tracking number, be sure your spam controls are set to off so you will receive this email, note, it will not come from our email address, it will come from a FedEx or UPS automated email address, please do not mistake for "spam" mail and delete it.
*When will my email be answered?
We answer emails within 2 business days (excluding holidays).
*What do it do, if for some reason, my emails are not being answered within 2 business days (excluding holidays)?
We, as well as E Bay realize that sometimes email is not the most reliable from of communication, if you fell you have e mailed and waited 2 business days without a reply, go to www.squaretrade.com and file a case, square trade can get a message to us in the event that our ISP and your ISP is not forwarding e mails properly.
