1)  We always try to give the most honest, accurate desciption we can on items listed. We want to have happy buyers and do not try to hide anything. We are human and therefore not perfect. Please do not knitpick an item after received. We put lots of photos of our items in each listing, are willing to provide more if requested, and are open for any questions that a buyer may have. So please ASK! Never assume. Please look at our feedback and judge for yourself.

2) We always try to bring top quality, clean items or very rare items in the best cond. possible to sell. Again, Please take a look at our feedback and judge for yourself.

3)We always try our very best to pack all items with the utmost care so they will arrive the same way they were sent.

4)All of our items are either required to have insurance or insurance is included. If for any reason an item arrives damaged an insurance claim can be put in and a refund given (per carriers ins. policy). If for some reason an item is lost by the post office we will have the post office track the item (after 35 days, longer for international) and then if not located put in a claim for the refund of the item. It will take more time for the claim to process and a refund will be issued when the refund is issued by the post office. If it is lost by UPS, it will take 8 business days for them to do a trace. If at that time the item is not located a claim will be put in for a refund. This claim will also take more time and as soon as it is approved a refund will be given. Please understand that these processes take time and I will do my best to provide everything needed from my end in a timely manner. It can seem like it is taking forever, ESPECIALLY FOR CANADA/INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES!!!

5)ALL of our items are basically sold as-is. If for some reason you receive an item and we come to an agreement that the item is not as described, you may send the item back and we will refund the price of the item, not including the shipping. If you received Free shipping that amount will be deducted from the item price. We do apologize for this but the postal money goes the the shipping co. and therefore is no longer available for refund.
