This stethoscope works great for neo-natal, students, nurses, cna's, emt's, ems, and personal home use.

Low, medium and high frequency sounds are easily monitored with this dual head stethoscope.

A simple turn of the stem activates either the bell or diaphragm.

BELL- Pinpoints low and medium pitched sounds and murmurs.

DIAPHRAGM- Detects diastolic, first, second and third heart sounds, low frequency heart sounds and high-

pitched murmurs.

The blood pressure cuff is backed by a 5-year calibration warranty. The cuff fits arm sizes from: 5.5"-7.8" and is

graduated to 300mmHg with a nostop pin manometer.

This reliable model features a standard bulb, standard air release valve and calibrated blue nylon cuff with valcro,

 to insure a secure fit and accurate reading.
