• We do not offer technical support for this item. Buyer is responsible for proper setup of any item sold.

Auction Sales Policy

·         Winner of the auction will receive notification of the sold item..

·         Customers in Florida will be charged applicable sales tax (excluding shipping---this is an additional charge).

·         Buyers are required to provide payment within 7 DAYS from auction close date. If no payment is made, an unpaid item claim will be made with eBay.

·         Please allow 1 to 2 business days from payment date for your order to be shipped.

Shipping & Handling

·         All items are shipped within the United States via UPS Ground, USPS Parcel Post, First Class Mail or Priority Mail. If you would like another shipping alternative, notify me, and arrangements can be made, but additional charges may apply.

·         For all international orders, shipments are thru USPS Priority Mail Service. USPS shipment specifications must be followed for weight & dimension limitations.  

Canadian buyers need to contact me with your complete address including postal code and phone number for shipping rates via UPS Standard or US Post Office Priority Mail to Canada. All other international buyers need to contact me with your complete address including postal code and phone number for shipping rates via UPS International Expedited service  (2-5 business day delivery) or USPS Priority Mail.  If you already have an international UPS or FedEx account, I will be more than glad to ship to you by the service you require.  Please forward your account number and shipping service preference.  An additional handling fee applies.

Returns &  Exchanges

·         Any questions or concerns must be addressed to the seller via email.

·         Contact us immediately if your package arrived damaged.  Keep all packing material including the box. A claim will be filed with the shipping company if auction items arrived in damaged packaging.

·         If you item is covered by a warranty for X amount of days, the seller must be notified of the problem within that time period.  The seller can also notify you of whether or not the problem is covered under our warranty terms. A Return Authorization Number is required for any defective warranted product. Contact me for RMA number.

·         If the item does not have an RMA number issued by the seller, the item will be refused and returned to the customer.

·         Items auctioned that are AS IS or SOLD FOR PARTS….THERE IS NO EXCHANGE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.   

·         If an item might be returned for an exchange, we will be glad to do that on the items we offer to do so. Shipping must be paid both ways by the buyer.

·         Both ways means you send the item to me and I send the replacement item. Buyer pays both ways!!

·         ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% restocking fee.
