SIM Card registration

For security reasons, all cards purchased on Ebay need to be registered at onesimcard.com. After you have received your OneSimCard, please go to: www.onesimcard.com/ebay/ to register your International SIM card. You will be able to add the airtime at the time of registration.

Terms of Sale

You may return your OneSimCard SIM card within 7 days after the receipt of the item, provided you never placed a call and all airtime is intact. A 25% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping charges if any will not be refunded.  Contact OneSIMCard support for help @ 1-617-489-5952

Shipping

We offer FREE shipping in the US. Your SIM card will be shipped using the regular 1st Class USPS Mail service only to the billing verified address. Your SIM card will usually be delivered to your address within 2-5 business days. No tracking will be available. International shipping is $3 per order. Please note that 1st Class International Air Mail service offered through the United States Postal Service may take as long as 15 business days to deliver to some International destinations.
