Buyer must return defective item back to Grrrreightoutdoors at own expenses, and a brand new identical replacement unit will be shipped at no charge within 5 business days. Product's serial# and/or production batch code will be verified. Replacement warranty only covered material defects, and will not covered user abuse, mis-used, over-inflation, and/or damages cause by user. Please do not returned item(s) that was not purchased from Grrrreightoutdoors, because it will not be replaced and/or returned.  You must have an RMA#, Please call us at (814)207-1165 or email at Grreightoutdoors@aol.com.
