If the system has water in it, we will not accept the return.  Intex provides a manufacturer's direct warranty. We do accept defective returns nor do we offer refunds in lieu of warranty service or replacement. Absolutely no exceptions.

    Defective items are handled directly by the manufacturer.  See warranty details below.

    You must email for a return authorization number prior to returning any product. Items returned without authorization will be refused and no credit will be given.

    The item must be in the original resalable packaging. Must include original packaging, all documentation, manuals, accessories, etc.

    We will refund the purchase price less the cost of shipping and handling. Returned items with Free Shipping offers will have our cost to ship the item to you deducted from the refund.

Do not return defective items to us. This will only delay replacement. We do not offer refunds in lieu of a warranty replacement. A 2 year manufacturer's warranty applies on all Saltwater Systems (unless otherwise stated).
