But yeah, to make $97,645 in just 7 months is nothing to sneeze at.
And, really, to make $97,645 in 7 months making a little house look good is so much fun. It sure beats standing up all day as a clerk at a cash register, or working at a factory, or sitting at a desk job for 8 hours a day with dumb employees dragging out the day in meaningless hot air and B.S. and an incompetent boss.
At least, that's the way I see it.
I've been renovating homes for many years, but this was the first time I really kept track of what I did to make good money in a short time. Sho' 'nuf, when I kept up with my profit and my time, I discovered I made $97,645 in just 7 months fixing up 4 cheap little houses!
And it was fun work. Never boring. Very creative. Something different throughout every day. Some people wouldn't enjoy it, but I love it!!!
In the Report on this CD, I'll show you the condition of some of these houses when I bought 'em. Pretty run down. But I got 'em at a good price. The worse they are, the more money you can make. But...I've got a rule I go by. I don't buy any houses that have been gutted by fire, or rotten, or need bulldozing. Just the ones that need a little TLC.
I'm not a renovation expert, or a rehab specialist. I'm not a carpenter, and I'm sure not a licensed plumber or electrician. But I can fix things up, and I like to tinker with broken things. I like to see a house go from Dullsville to Dream House. Usually with some paint and carpet cleaning.
I really get a high when I see how my work moves along. Sure beats a high from drugs. I guess.
$97,645 profit from just a little work is pretty satisfying. And it gives you time to spend on the beach in a long vacation for 5 months of the year. Unless you want to start on another house or two.
