Here at Triton's Treasures, we make it easy for you to purchase items from us. We accept PayPal, Certified Check and Money Orders. We do not accept Personal Checks for the reason that it takes too long to clear our bank and we pride ourselves on shipping in a timely manner. International customers must pay with PayPal and include a valid phone number. International Customs has become very strict and now require a phone number for shipping just in case they need to call you regarding your package.
SHIPPING & INSURANCE

We ship World Wide via UPS, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Global Priority Mail. We do our best to ship items either the same day or next day depending on when we receive your payment but, please allow 7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your home if it is being shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS. If it is being shipped USPS Global Priority Mail please, allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Also, bear in mind that sometimes packages are unavoidably delayed while in shipment due to various reasons such as weather, weekends, holidays or International Customs. Many of our Invicta watches are shipped directly from the Invicta factory to you and may be slightly delayed due to their UPS shipping program. However, we will keep you up to date by provideing you with a shipping tracking number and notices sent via email, so you can keep tabs on your order during shipment. If you are concerned about your package delivery please contact us by email or phone# 1-206-973-8013. We always suggest that you insure your package. We have made insurance an optional requirement for most shipping in the USA. But, remember that if your package gets lost or damaged there will be no way for you to recoup your losses as we will not take responsibility for any uninsured package. If you live in and International Country your package must be insured and we require a current phone number for Custom's Purposes. When it comes to shipping please bear with us. Sometimes it is difficult to calculate the exact shipping charge, before your Invoice is Paid, when shipping to an International Country. If you over-pay for shipping we will refund the difference via your original payment method as we want to provide the least expensive shipping possible. Also, please note that Triton's Treasures will not take any responsibility for International Custom's Tariffs, Taxes or Other Expenditures that have to be paid in order to receive the item into an International Country.
RETURN POLICY
Our return policy is simple. If you don't like the item you received or if it does not fit, then that means you don't like it and it does not fit! In other words, we have a 7 day 100% guaranteed Return Policy. Just as long as your item hasn't been altered in any way including; removed links, engraving, scratches, chips, sizing and wear. All New Watches Must Be Returned Sealed In The Protective Plastic Wrapping With All Tags Attached. **No Exceptions** All COSC Certified Watches Must Be Returned With All COSC Certificates (Watches Must Be Returned With COSC Certificates (If Applicable), Manuals, Invicta Watch Box, Polishing Cloth and International Guarantee Warranty Cards). We Will Not Give A Refund For Any Item That Has Been Damaged By The Buyer Due To Any Type Of Wear, Scratches, Sizing, Watch Link Removal, Engraving. All Items Must Be Returned In The Exact Same Condition As When It Was Shipped To You. If The Item Was Shipped To You In New, Unworn Condition, Then It Must Be Returned In New, Unworn Condition **No Exceptions**. If You Would Like To Return Your Item, Please Contact Us Within 7 Days and We Will Email A Return Authorization Number (RA#) To You. Do Not Return Any Item Without An RA#. The item must be in the same condition as when we shipped it to you, we will return 100% of your payment minus your return shipping cost. After inspecting the item, we will give a refund within 7 business days. We never charge a restocking fee. We feel you should not be penalized just because the item was not right for you.

We do our very best to take vivid pictures and to describe the item as best as we possibly can. There are times when you may receive an item that seems different than the description or the color might vary from computer monitor to monitor. Please, except our apologies in advance if the item does not meet your expectations. We will do our very best to rectify the situation. If our jewelry and watches do not meet our own expectations then we won't attempt to sell them to you either. We return unsatisfactory items back to the company we purchased them from. For instance, if we describe a 14K gold ring with a diamond as having a certain color and clarity, you can be assured that you will not receive a gold plated ring that looks like it came out of a gumball machine with a diamond that looks like a piece of quartz you found in your backyard.

We purchase our jewelry from the same wholesalers that the name brand jewelry stores use. You know them well, they are the same jewelry stores you find in the mall that advertise on TV and other places. How do I know this? Because, up until recently, I worked in a jewelry store myself. I am excited to say that I now work full time in our own company,Triton's Treasures. I have taken my jewelry experience with me and I now deal with those same wholesalers myself! The difference is that we don't have the expensive overhead that those mall jewelry stores have. That means we can sell the same high quality jewelry and watches for considerably less than the brand name jewelry stores and by doing so we pass the huge savings on to you!
