We offer a 3 year warranty on the body, frame (example: airbags won't break, color won't fade) and a 3 year warranty on all electronic parts (motor, remote control, MP3 Player, etc.).  Please note that this warranty covers all NORMAL wear and tear.   

SHIPPING 

Please note that this item is shipped via motor freight carrier and will arrive on a pallet.  It is well over 275lbs in weight and will be delivered to your curbside.   You MUST make arrangements to get this item into your home.  The box this item ships in is 6ft x 2.5ft x 2.5ft and weighs 308lbs. It is also imperative that you examine the item for damage at the time of delivery.  Do not sign the delivery receipt before inspecting the item!  WE CANNOT FILE A CLAIM IF YOU DO NOT REPORT DAMAGE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.  We will ship your massage chair within 2-3 business days from the time of payment! 

CANADIAN BUYERS: PLEASE NOTE that the shipping price DOES NOT include gst/pst, duty, tax, broker fees etc. The shipping fee only covers the cost of freight. Please consult a customs broker to determine additional import charges you will incur at time of delivery. LOCAL PICK-UP

Local pick up is WELCOME!  PLEASE note that if you are picking up we must charge a 5% Mass state sales tax.  There is no way around this but look on the bright side you don't have to pay for shipping!! If picking up you must have a vehicle that can handle very large, heavy packages. The box this unit comes in is 6ft x 2.5ft x 2.5ft and weighs 308lbs.
